Jeff has been great. He has been able to answer all of the questions that I noted down, and has created a clear and simple plan for me to execute based on my current time constraints (juggling work and travel). The best part is that Jeff has so much experience, so he can validate that I’m on the right track, determine whether I am executing correctly, and hold me accountable to my program.

My new year’s resolution for 2016 was to get in to the best shape of my life. I understood that this would require diet and exercise, but I didn’t want to commit to anything that wouldn’t work. I knew from past experience that I would start going to the gym, get distracted along the way, see some results, but never really achieve the ideal body that I had envisaged.

I was looking for something with a proven track record, and something (or someone) that would keep me accountable. I was willing to make the sacrifices needed to reach my goals, and put up with the initial embarrassment of eating differently to everyone else, if I really believed that the program was going to work. So I trawled the internet, in search of a diet and exercise plan that would get me that six pack!

There was so many articles, videos and books - all with conflicting information: eat carbs, don’t’ eat carbs, do more cardio, do less cardio, etc. And it was extremely difficult to determine what advice to follow or trust. Many of the programs suggested a need for steroids (or other forms of pharmaceutical supplementation), which I didn’t want to take.

I came across the “I Want to Look Like That Guy” documentary, which gave me hope that you can build a great body with the correct diet and exercise. I found out that Stuart was doing a “That Guy 2,” so I joined Jeff’s site.

A lot of the questions I had were being covered off in Stuart’s weekly videos, so I decided to follow along and use one of the free programs. After a couple of weeks, I still had some underlying questions, and made the choice to upgrade to one-on-one coaching with Jeff.

For me, this program has been a lifestyle change, and I have already achieved the best shape of my life. The before and after’s look great so far, so I’m keen to see where we can take this from here. I really understand the believe achieve mindset now! Thanks Jeff!
