Several years ago I started putting on weight. I tried a number of times to lose the weight and would always gain it back and then some.
I became an “All Access” member of Jeff Willet’s website (www.jeffwilletpremium.com) and watched Stuart MacDonald’s transformation in “I Want to Look Like That Guy” The Sequel and I decide to make my own lifestyle changes and I contacted Jeff about One on One Coaching.
After talking with Jeff, a plan was made. After we got started, I would give Jeff monthly feedback on how things were going. Based on the feedback Jeff would make adjustments as needed. I stayed focused on the plan, and the fat started melting away.
The system is laid out in an easy to follow format, weight lifting, cardio and the meal plan. Over 6 months, I was able to make steady and maintainable changes while working 6 days a week. I was in size 38 jeans and XL shirts when I started and now I’m in a large shirst and 34 slim jeans.
When I tried on my own to lose weight I was unsure when, and how to make the changes needed to succeed. Jeff was able to take out all the guessing and I was able to meet my goals. That is why I give Jeff the credit for my success, without his assistance, I would not have made it this far. I now have new goals and will continue to work with Jeff. Keep it simple!
